POLL HOURS 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
To obtain an absent voter ballot please contact Clerk Sue Whitehead at 431-2848 or complete an absent voter application at the Franklin Township Hall during regular business hours. Voter applications and ballots may also be deposited in the dropbox outside the Township Hall.
The Clerk will also be available the day prior to each election in order to issue absent voter ballots to qualified voters from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the FranklinTownship Hall. On that day the ballot must be voted in person at the hall.
Qualified voters who wish to be placed on the Permanet Absent Voter List can contact Clerk Sue Whitehead at 431-2848 or complete a form at the Franklin Township Hall.
To register to vote online or to obtain a voter registraiton application, please go to the main menu and select Departments, then the Clerk tab, next select the Election tab and click on the voter registration link. A resident may also register in person at the Township Hall.
